Results: Mt. SAC Relays | UAlbany Classic
WALNUT, Calif. – Thomas O'Leary ran the fifth-fastest outdoor time in school history in the men's 1500-meter run on Friday at the 57
th annual Mt. SAC Relays in California. On the East Coast, the Catamounts began competition at the 31
st UAlbany Spring Classic with field and multi events.
O'Leary posted a personal-record time of 3:52.95 to finish sixth in his section and 40
th overall at Mt. SAC. The junior was running against top middle distance runners from across the country.

Mallory Duncan also competed in the 400-meter hurdles in California, registering a time of 53.56 seconds to place fourth in his section and 13
th overall.
Dan Moroney ran the 10,000-meter at Hilmer Lodge Stadium and posted a time of 33:02.11 for 35
th place.
On the women's side,
Sara Roderick entered the California Invitational Combined Events at Azusa Pacific University and placed 21
st with 2,926 points. Roderick posted a new personal-best in the high jump during the competition with a clearance of 1.56 meters.
At the UAlbany Spring Classic, Vermont tuned up at the site of the 2015 America East Championships, which take place in two weeks on May 2-3.
Isaac de La Bruere won the men's javelin competition by more than two meters as his best throw traveled 57.65 meters.
Steve Chevalier finished fourth in the hammer throw with a distance of 43.67 meters, while
Brennan Giles (38.85) was fifth.
Pearl Abiti is third in the women's heptathlon after four events with 2,417 points, while
Catherine Dominick sits fifth in the event with 1,906 points heading into Saturday. Abiti's best event was the 200-meter dash, where she finished second overall in 26.72 seconds.
The remainder of track and field events are set for Saturday (April 18) at the UAlbany Spring Classic beginning at 12 p.m.
