Staff Council Outreach Effort Report and Response
 Throughout Spring 2015, Staff Council engaged in an outreach effort to better understand the needs and concerns of staff at UVM. The information gathered through these focus groups and outreach brainstorm session resulted in a report submitted to President Sullivan and Provost Rosowsky in early July. The report was met with great encouragement from the President and Provost which supported Staff Council taking a lead role in addressing several areas of focus and/or objectives in collaboration with University partners. The full Staff Council Outreach Effort Report and the response from the President and Provost are now available online. Efforts continue as specific items are delegated to Staff Council Standing Committees to work on during this academic year. Continue reading . . .
Staff Nominations Sought to Serve on the University Benefits Advisory Council
 Staff Council is now accepting nominations from non-represented staff to serve on the University Benefits Advisory Council. There are two open positions with two year terms. Fifth Annual UVM Staff Art Exhibit & Reception
 The Fifth Annual UVM Staff Art Exhibit will be held from September 10 - 30, 2015 in the Davis Center, Livak Fireplace Lounge and Gallery and will feature the works of over 20 staff artists. An Exhibit Reception will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2015 from 12pm - 1pm in the Davis Center, Livak Fireplace Lounge and Gallery as part of Staff Appreciation Week. Continue reading . . .
Discounted Season Ski Passes Now Available
 Staff Council is excited to extend corporate discounts again this year for season ski passes at several ski resorts for UVM employes, their spouses/domestic partners and children/dependents.
